Job Details: There are two types of trussing that must be performed (full body and just hocks.) To full body truss, wrap the band around the wing, twist the band, pull band down, push legs into band, and flip bird off the cone onto conveyor. To truss hocks only, pull the bird off the cone, wrap the band around the legs twice, and toss bird onto conveyor.
