GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under the supervision of a specified departmental supervisor, operates treatment facilities to control flow and processing of water/wastewater, sludge and effluent. The incumbent observes variations in operating conditions and interprets meter and gauge readings and tests results to determine processing requirements.
