Partner Senior Associate- Megers&Acquisitions

AmLaw200 firm is seeking a Partner or Senior Associate for in their Miami office. The successful candidate will have 6-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising documentation/fund formation, and general contractual matters. This attorney will work closely with practice group leadership and other attorneys on the team. This is an in-office position. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
