In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extracting and synthesizing complex technical and analytical data and effectively communicating to multiple stakeholders results of the findings. 2) Utilizing the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements, providing in-depth recommendations for developing strategies, optimizing resources, readiness, and cost and minimizing the logistics footprint for assigned program(s). 3) Using advanced analytical tools and techniques, identifying the logistics and engineering support changes required to optimize readiness supporting Naval Aviation Weapons systems. 4) Leading the team, assessing its strengths and weaknesses and providing leadership to the team in exploring alternatives, recommending what improvements can be made regarding methods, processes and procedures to improve Naval Aviation Maintenance and Weapons Systems. You will develop and document standard work methods for readiness and analytical processes in concert with national NAVAIR policy and guidance.
You will coordinate with readiness team and provide Maintenance Data to external/internal customers.
You will articulate and communicate to the team assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
You will prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
You will research, learn and apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.
