Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing analytical tasks relative to cyber, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, and/or criminal intelligence matters relating to political, economic, social, cultural, geographic, or technical issues. Researching, selecting, and compiling intelligence information in preparation of formal, written products. Identifying complex intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence collected. You will be responsible for researching, selecting, and compiling specific intelligence information related to criminal/terrorism/force protection/threat management, assessing threat reporting and producing overseas threat assessments.
You will support active investigations on potential threats to High-Risk Persons (HRPs), provide direct analytic support to NCIS Special Agents, and provide support to special events where HRPs are present.
You will independently navigate specified intelligence databases, message handling systems, and proprietary NCIS databases.
You will identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps, and develop analytical tools and methodologies to cope with the gaps.
You will perform internal and external collaboration with partners within the IC, federal and local law enforcement organizations, MTAC Strategic Protective Intelligence Branch and NCIS internal operational codes.
