SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SHIPMENT)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of Personal Property Shipment Management and entitlement counseling. Experience implementing procedures and guidelines for household goods shipment management operations. Utilizing Microsoft TEAMS and SharePoint Online. You will develop and implement procedures, policies, and guidelines for household goods (HHG) Shipment Management operations that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will research and resolve more complex more complex, non-routine issues/problems that cannot be handled by subordinates.
You will analyze workload data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
You will supervise and manage the work performed by subordinates.
You will ensure personal property is correctly processed in accordance with DoD policies and regulations.
