PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience providing policy and program development, financial management, and resource planning to support housing programs; 2) Experience in the development of information management resources to enhance effectiveness and efficiencies in program operations; 3) Implement, direct, coordinate and oversea management programs for housing while providing recommendations to management for future program objective and improvements; 4) Develop persuasive and concise proposals, position papers, briefing statements in support of housing programs; 5) Analyze and evaluate on a quantitiave/qualitative basis the effectiveness of housing program operations to meet established goals and objectives; 6) Maintain and apply current DoD and Federal policies, statutes, procedures, and regulations related to the DoD Housing Program; Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position. You will plan, manage, and implement analysis and studies that are often unique and complex.
You will Assist in identification of new and innovative processes and technologies for incorporation in the criteria and standards.
You will serve as a program analyst, project manager, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Requirements division of the Housing program.
