Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 through GS-12 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying concepts, principle, practices, laws and regulations of Navy Working Capital Fund budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the Navy Working Capital Fund organization programs and activities; 3) Developing and implementing budgetary/financial policies; 4) Applying interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to assist in the development of an effective team. You will provide direct supervision to the members of the Budget Formulation Division, assuring work efforts serve to meet mission requirements.
You will provide financial management support, analysis, advice, and guidance for acquisition of training systems for multiple warfare areas.
You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations.
You will plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work.
You will assign work to subordinates based on employee’s capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
