We are seeking a highly analytical and communicative Compliance Officer to support the State of Florida's DBPR. This role is critical in bridging the gap between public complaints and state regulatory statutes. You will be responsible for investigating incoming complaints, interpreting relevant state laws, and maintaining clear, professional communication with constituents regarding the status and resolution of their cases.
