Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate experience performing the following duties such as: Conduct physical, technical, and industrial security inspections and effectively apply requirements for the protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) assets; Apply Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) personnel security principles and methods to process investigations and policy reviews; Manage and maintain personnel and physical security databases; Develop and administer Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security training and briefings; Interpret physical and technical security policies, regulations, and instructions and provide applicable guidance; Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills. You will provide support with managing, operating, and administering the execution, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security program regarding SCI facility (SCIF) operations.
You will make decisions and initiate actions involving interpreting policy for the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Physical Security Program.
You will advise customers and leadership on security and disclosure concepts, principles, methodology, and practices, as it pertains to the Command and/or Department of Defense (DoD) elements.
You will analyze and identify security educational needs of the workforce and/or weaknesses in the program and provide recommended solutions.
You will assist in the coordination and execution of the Navy Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Contracts Management Program providing validation of Navy SCI contracts.
You will conduct on-site security assistance visits (SAV) for compliance with applicable security standards, regulations, and operating procedures, and to ensure Department of Defense (DoD) equities are met.
